Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 14 days after receiving item, including return shipping charges, Once the item is received and inspected.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable for items returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a refund, your item:

must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase ( invoice)
Refund Process
Notify us as soon as possible. We will cover return shipping and process your refund after inspection.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
You will be responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns like incorrect size or don’t like.
